The PSAT will be offered on Saturday, October 14, 2023. Sign ups are now closed. All 10th graders may test for free. Other students will need to pay the $25 testing fee to sign up. 2024 testing dates will be posted when they become available.

Sign-ups for the SAT are located at www.collegeboard.org.
The cost for the test is $60. If a student receives free/reduced lunch, they may qualify for a fee waiver. Please see your counselor about fee waivers. Remember that test dates may change, or test centers may opt to cancel due to Covid restrictions.
Below is a chart that shows the 2024-2025 test dates and registration deadlines. Please note that only the May 3, 2025 test will be offered at Davie County High. Students must select another testing location for other test dates.

ACT
Students may sign up for the ACT at actstudent.org.
The cost for the test is $60 without essay and $85 with the essay. All Juniors in North Carolina will take the ACT for free in February/March 2023. Below is a chart that shows the test date and registration deadlines. The test on October 28, 2023, is the only test held at Davie High this school year, except the test for Juniors in March. Please keep in mind that test dates may change, and test centers may close due to Covid.
